The Wait is Finally Over

I have been a horrible blogger for the last month and a half. Things just got pretty busy with us going up to Logan three weeks in a row and me heading to San Antonio for work. These next couple of posts will hopefully explain some things that have been happening.

Let us take a trip back to Saint Patrick's Day. I am blaming the lateness of this post on Ben. He said he would write it but obviously he has changed his mind.

I'm not really a huge Saint Patrick's Day fan, to me it isn't very fun to get pinched for not wearing green. Plus, I seem to always forget when Saint Patrick's day is. This year was slightly different. Ben decided that we should have a full out celebration. Our celebration consisted of having all GREEN food for dinner. Ben kept threatening that he would dye my whole entire gallon of milk green. That is totally unacceptable. I can handle having a green glass of milk, but a whole entire gallon that is just not right.

For our Saint Patrick's day feast was Green Milk, Eggs, Waffles, and Sausage. We decided to not mess with the sausage. It was actually a fun way to celebrate Saint Patrick's day and I thought it was pretty cute that Ben was getting so into celebrating Saint Patrick's Day.

  1. Very cute! I totally forgot about St. Patrick's Day. Not a big deal for me, but Brooke got pinched last year because we forgot. One of the boys came up to pinch her before her teacher could get a green sticker on her. I tried to remember this year, but still forgot. I remembered when we were at our baby-sitters house and their daughter went and got some green yarn to tie around Brooke's wrist. It worked out well.

I need to be better. Maybe you can send Ben to our house next year!
